days to remember

A few weeks ago I had a life changing day at work.

I met a woman who needed help changing, who wanted help changing, who wanted to gain control of her life again and become healthy and happy.

My boss Dan and I, sat down and met with her, learned her story and came up with a plan of action which included her blogging about her journey...
